Scooby Doo Chase Reflection.

Scooby Doo Chase

The scope of this project was to help students understand how to sync film shots with the next show, so it looks like the scenes are one cohesive shot.

The pre-production process included making story boards of the shots that me and my partner wanted to shoot. Another thing we had to do is figure put where we wanted to film our shots, which was one of the hardest things to do since the student body was occupying most of the classrooms. Making the story boards was easy because me and my partner got our ideas of a a youtube video, so we copied the type of shots that the creator of the video had. During the production process it was pretty easy getting the angles of shots that we needed. The editing stage was hard because I needed to figure out which part of the shot I needed to use, and in which part of the film.
I learned that it's important to sync words and pictures so the viewers can understand what's going on. Working as a team is important because you can bounce ideas off of one another. I would get some more shots at different angles. I would keep the same ending that I had cause I felt like it really summed up the video. I will draw from this project the importance of working as a team to create a visual and exciting project. I've had fun in video and hope that the rest of the school year will go by fast so I can get back into Mr. Allam's class.
